AI CAREER LAB has officially launched at Narxoz College!

Artificial intelligence is transforming the modern workplace and reshaping the skills required across different industries. Today, it is no longer enough to simply use AI tools. The ability to develop AI agents, automate workflows and apply emerging technologies to solve real-world professional challenges is becoming increasingly important.

In response to these changes, Narxoz College has launched AI CAREER LAB, an educational programme designed to develop students’ practical AI skills and teach them how to build their own AI agents.

Following a competitive selection process, 50 students will take part in the programme. Throughout the training, participants will explore the fundamentals of AI agent development, learn to automate everyday processes, work with modern digital tools and integrate artificial intelligence into their respective professional fields.

One of the programme’s key features is its interdisciplinary approach. AI CAREER LAB is not limited to students pursuing IT-related specialisations. Artificial intelligence has practical applications in economics, finance, marketing, management, entrepreneurship and many other fields. This allows students from different academic backgrounds to discover how AI can support and enhance their future careers.

The programme focuses on moving beyond the basic use of existing AI services towards creating independent solutions, configuring AI agents for specific tasks and applying them to practical challenges.

AI CAREER LAB is a new educational initiative by Narxoz College, bringing professional education and hands-on artificial intelligence training together.
