Narxoz College Students Participate in the IV National Qazaqstan IGF 2026 Forum

On October 14, 2026, students from Group PO-131, majoring in Software Engineering at Narxoz College, participated in the IV National Internet Governance Forum Qazaqstan IGF 2026. The students attended the event under the guidance of Aidar Askarovich Sagidulliyev. The forum was held at the SmArt.Point IT Hub in Almaty.

The theme of the forum was “Building an Open and Secure Digital Space for the Development and Prosperity of Kazakhstan.”

During the forum, participants discussed key issues related to cybersecurity, personal data protection, digital rights, the responsible use of artificial intelligence, and children’s safety on the internet. Special attention was also given to the development of Kazakhstan’s digital environment and the challenges associated with the introduction of emerging technologies.

The forum brought together representatives of government agencies, IT companies, civil society, and academia to exchange views on internet governance, digital security, and the future development of the country’s digital space.

Participation in the forum gave Narxoz College students an opportunity to explore current issues in the IT industry and learn more about modern approaches to ensuring safety in the digital environment.
